Ingredients

2 bream 400 gr each one
12 cherry tomatoes
3 potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
parsley
salt
pepper

Method
Start by cleaning the bream practicing a cut along the belly, then eviscerated fish.
Pass the bream under running water and rinse it carefully in order to remove all traces of blood.
With the help of scissors, cut the fin on the back, tail fin, fins on the sides and the fins on the belly.
Remove scales with a knife through the back seabream from the tail to the head.
Go back across the fish under running water, then pat dry with paper towels.
Fill now the belly seabream with chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Line a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with olive oil and lay the sea bream.
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them on the sides of the fish, without to .put on top of the others.
Add the cherry tomatoes, a clove of garlic, parsley, salt and cover with a little olive oil.
cook in oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the skin and bones and serve sea bream with potatoes and cherry tomatoes on plates.
