sb 4200i HELP /BRICKED

Hi all, i have only just returned to this side of the forum, as i have lost my connection, that i have had for 3 years.

I think its been zapped - the modem flashes on the power and send, back and forth.

i can not get onto the modem via 192.168.100.1

what do i need to do bin it or flash it again??? please can someone point me in the right direction.

My 4100 is working still but its a drag when you run voip cisco router over one of these modems
