That could be very useful indeed.

I have a case pending where my car was photographed by a video camera in the back of a transit doing 51 in a 40 limit on a stretch of road that was dual carriageway for a whole 3/10ths of a mile.

However, there is a 'picture' of some text on page 10. The letter looks exactly what I'm after, but it's missing a chunk near the bottom, where the picture splits into two. Any idea what the missing information is?
