Seems like your all senseless "uninstall", "reintall" etc etc.. the problem is it cant be read with acrobat reader 7, it can however be read with acrobat reader 6, so uninstal version 7, and install version 6. You'll then find that it works.

Some people have had problems downloading and viewing. If so you may need to re-install your PDF Viewer. If that does not work I will try to post another download
