Sammy 2100 Jtag Bytes Problem

finally got the hang of jtagging. but now i have tried loads of different bytes

byte 0x20020004 ff
byte 0x00941464 ff
byte 0x00941460 12

pure 3_5L
0x0086b6b0 8

0x00f69af8 8

virgin bytes?
byte 0x0086b9a0 8
byte 0x008abfc0 8
byte 0x00f69f60 8

they have given me 3 readings one is all numbers. and the other two just give me blank channels except the FTA.

anyone had this before? or have some bytes that have worked for them?
