Roadcom rc400c stuck on disclaimer page

hi, ive just received a roadcom rc400c and when i power it up its stuck on the disclaimer page with accept or deny even after accepting nothing happens also theres no driver disks so when i connect it through usb to my laptop(windows 7) it doesnt recognize the device. i can take the sd card out of the device and see the files/folders but being a newbie to the gps scene i dont know where to start. ive looked everywhere and cant find to much info on these devices. i saw a roadcom rc400c on fleebay that had igo8 installed and wondered if i installed igo8 it might work or do i need to unlock the device before i can install anything. how do i install/ unlock this device any help would be appreciated

Hi.i was wandering whether you could be of some assistance to me..I also have the RC400C and am stuck on the disclaimer page. Could you please let me know how you overcame this problem. I will be very grateful for any help.Thanks
