right just bought a san francisco

hi guys ive just bought a 2nd hand sanfrancisco for £70(well the prev owner bought it lastweek) and he said something about he had updated the roms? and had unlocked it and installed jellyfish?
so what does all this mean is it simular to jailbreaking a ipod touch or not?
could someone point me to some tuts on what i can do with this

assuming you have astro file manager on the phone use that to install it,if not get it of the market which is an app on the phone..

they is a laters version of that rom what is on the phone,is you want to install the newer rom do it first as it wipes apps.......put rom zip on root of sd,make sure it is named update.....turn of phone and whilst turning on hold the down button on the volume ,presuming you have clockworkmod recovery on the phone you should now have an options screen,choose apply sdcard update.zip then i myself chose wipe data/factory reset then wipe cache partition
