I'm pretty sure I have a replay lite with a hard drive installed.
Is this possible or are all replay lite's without hard drive ???

Replay Lite is roughly 11" across. 5" deep and an inch tall. Under no circumstances could you install a standard 3.5 inch hard drive inside it without ending up with a 1980's Ford Capri 2.8 Litre 'Power Bulge' on the top - LOL

The Full Replay is much bigger - and has the space for an HD - the Lite is much too small.

A lite has two options on the front - LED On (Green) Off (Red)

Full box has the full set of buttons and an on/off switch at the back right.

Impossible to mix up (given the above I hope!)

I could be wrong but i don't think i am,if you take the lid off you will see all the fittings to Fit a hard drive on the full replay including the IDE cable and power lead for the hard drive,if you got the lite then it won't be there.
