Remote control issue

Hi I got an iptv sub on my vu+duo2 using jedimaker xtream as plugin latest version..my duo2 remote doesnt respond when I click through channels, left or right?...remote is working as I have cable tv as well , no issues there..any ideas why? Tried other duo2 remote, that does the same as well..

it takes a second or 2 for the channels to buffer/load and thats why the remote sometimes may not respond.

No mate..just trying it now..doesnt work ...on the odd occasion it changes but takes a very long time ,well over 10 secs, but most of the time they don't
