Red screen of death

Hi guys have managed to somehow get red screen contact Sony whilst installing latest rebug software 4.30.2 can still get into safe mode but no matter what I do I still get red screen, tried re installing rebug gets error and official software

Any ideas ....?......?

Ok got it all sorted, for those of you interested I loaded rogero from safe mode which cured the red screen of death, I then put back on latest rebug with the patch to spoof to 4.4 and all is working fine
