Really horribly confused!

Hello!
Im normally pretty good at this sort of stuff but after literally days of google abuse i am yet to get what I'm after!
Im trying to set up Kodi on my PC (will be using a Raspberry B+ once i get it working on pc)but all i want are the SLY channels (plus normal FTA) with channel icons and PVR. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.... I have had a read of that but what i really need is the most unto date URL (M3U) of channels . It seems that the usual suspects have all gone down since a lot of the tutorials have been written.

I have 5 Raspberry pi with a Mix of Raspbmc and OSMC.

Phoenix TV is good for sly tv but tbh I wouldnt use Kodi for live tv streaming although its ok but mainy for internal streaming from nas and video / Tv shows etc
