Apologies as I fear this is the wrong section to post. Please move if somewhere more sensible.
Recent gales have disturbed my motorised dish; initially I thought LNB or feeder fault as all signals disappeared. However have replaced the feeder and brought the LNB down; it works ok on another ground level dish.
Problem is that it's above first floor level on the corner of my house and is a 1 meter dish. I'd like to get a new satmeter to assist me in adjusting the tilt of the dish, which is driven by a Jaeger 36volt HtoH motor. I'd like advice on what to buy, will only need to do this occasionally but would like something that works fairly well. The iPhone app for the DM800Se has too much hysteresis lag to be useful.
