r4i ( green )3ds card help

i have a dsi and a r4i 3ds card this was working fine but now all it shows is a red error message on the top screen
i have removed everything from the micro sd formatted and replace files but still get error message
any ideas on the fix

check the date and time is set correct and update the software from the website should sort the problem
