Quick question about tuners

I was wondering if you can swap out the sat tuner for a cable tuner like in a DM800?

No mate the solo2 tuner are hard wired into the mother board, this is the only thing that lets it down against the duo2 as the duo2 has tuner slots so you can swap out the tuners.

one way around it though is to use a usb tuner.

Hi mate i believe there is but not 100% and it works with vix image.
there is also a usb dvb-t and dvb-s2 DVBSky S960 DVB-S2 USB that works.
As i remember it was quite expensive to buy around £95
