here is a option file for PES 2010
found this on another site, works a treat , just extract and copy the ps3folder to your memory stick.
go to gamedata on the ps3 and just copy the from the ps3 folder
All Premiership glossy Emblems, Kits, Transfers, Squad Numbers done
All unlicensed La Liga Emblems, Kits done
All MAJOR transfers completed - some squad numbers done
All Fake teams corrected
All National fake double players replaced with ingame real players
