ps2 fliptop

hi guys i dont know if im posting in the correct place but i wanted to know if anyone could help me,i bought a fliptop v12 from modchip.com to play all my back up ps2s that i dload from a website i use but i cant get it to wor it comes with swap magic disc that you use 1st then put in your back up disc but it just says insert ps2 format disc is there a certain way of burning to the disc to get them to play if i have posted in the wrong section can someone tell me where to go or if someone here can helpme i would be grateful
