Disc cover Problem downloading cd covers

Hi

When I try to download a cd cover ......My computer won't let save in jpeg format only Art* or Bitmap* ....does anyone know how to change this so it will save the pictures in jpeg*<br />I am using XP and when I download one it will just not view them!!<br />I know i can change this setting somewhere or download something to do this but don't know what<br />Please help?

Hi, Load the file into Paint Shop Pro, then from the file menu, save as, and change to JPEG.
