private car park or not

Hi folks cut a long story short i stay in a flat at the back of my garden there are houses ,there is parking there to sometimes my street gets to busy so i park round the back as you do but i`v had a couple of notes put on my windscreen saying this is private parking please dont park here but there is no signs or markings on the road so who do i contact to find out if it is?

Isnt clamping illegal in scotland?? so your safe there.. If there are no signs i cant see a problem.. but when/if the land owner does put signs up then you will have to move off..

Putting signs saying "fookin" will only cause trouble..

Leave a note on your car where they normaly leave theres saying you live there.. hopefuly then they will leave a reason why you shouldnt... then go from there.
