Preventing A bricked Ibox 2 plus

Hi all

Just bought an Ibox 2+ do add to my VU Uno. Unsure if this box will get bricked with supplied image, anyone give some advice as would save me the time redoing with and old image. Not connected LNB yet to save getting date feed to box..!

As an added note are these clones of the solo box or other?

Just stick to images before 17/5/14 until more is know about the different versions of these boxes, dont be tempted to use any bootloader to increase the cpu speed.

my ibox 2+ came with blackhole 2.0.8....it works well
