Water... In Toledo it's everywhere.
Across Toledo signs are surfacing everywhere that water is now for sale...in powdered form.
Lawanna and Wendale were wondering about the billboard.
"Powder... Ain't water in the first place. So I'm not going to drink it anyway-- I never heard of nothing like that."
The billboards have a man passionatly gulping down the powered water. It seems to defy the laws of nature.
It looked enticing to David Dusseau at first glance.
"I drink a lot of that water...."
But then he took a closer look.
"It's powdered spring water... In powdered form... And you just add water to it?"
Would you try it?
"Yes I'd try it if it's good for me."
The sign says-- "Ask about it..."
The problem is-- where?
We stopped a passing motorist and ask if they have any powdered water?
"What the hell is that?"
Getting no answers on the streets, we're going to solve a mystery here.
We decided to call the billboard company that sold the space. They were not talking.
They want you to keep it on the down low for now. Did they say why?
Did they say where we could find the powdered water?
They were creating a lot of demand here in Toledo.
For now potential powdered water drinkers can only lick their lips and imagine.
