Plugins TSpanel , cooltv EPG etc NOT working

I get this error message after installing plugins on DM800 running image Blackhole
DREAM ELITE V.133DV3 PHOENIX EDITION ssl76c#
Any idea what to do? thanks:Mad2:

hi im having a problem to same and when i hold blue for few seconds i get cooltv shortcuts but when i select any of them its starts for a sec the turns off again
i have tried v3 v4 v5 v6 and all the same .now reading some information i found on google i may need a hard drive installed but not sure i am going to try a usb stick to see if it works but would help if anyone here has a fix.i am also using same image as above user.

The image you are using is quite old "DREAM ELITE V.133DV3 PHOENIX EDITION ssl76c#", the addons might require newer versions of Python or other dependancies to work...try updating to a more recent image.
