plex/now tv

I have had plex running on a now tv box for just about a month , but whenever I try to watch something via an app/addon it stops after about 10 mins an says ( unable to play this video, make sure the server is running an as access to this video) has anybody an idea what the problem is ?

wheres the plex server based? Maybe the PC is going to sleep.
