Playing games from HDD

Hey all,

Last night I upgraded my XBox with a 200Gb drive and installed XBMC 2 as the default dash. Now thatI have a bigger HDD I want to transfer as many of my games as possible to the HDD. I tried FTP'ing a couple of ISO's across to E:\Games, but when trying to access them they don't appear. Do they need to be in a special format?

they should show up, xbox dashes are set to read subfolders in e:\games and f:\games by default.

make sure you are putting the games in seperate folders in the games folder(example e:\games\gamename\default.xbe... note it will only look for 'default.xbe')

to access them in xbmc starting from the main screen , hit programmes then press 'b' to go back a level then enter the games folder with 'a'

You need to extract the iso to the your xbox, it wont play the iso. Use something like Qwix or C-XBOX tools
