playing copies

hi m8s,i'm new to dvd..so can ne1 tell me if i can do ne adjustments to play copies on my dvd...i have a samsung dvd-807

i have a samsung 709 and having trouble playing copies,if your player is like mine it only plays certain blank discs so im afraid you will have to see what discs play and which ones dont,best thing is if you know someone who has copies so u can try...........zooropa
