pixalating and freezing on dm500

hi i have a dm 500s set up to share my card, i only have one share box connected however in the evening ive noticed the box pixalates and freezes every so often but works all the other time, how can i stop this as it it confusing, it only does it for a bit then stops?? any ideas

forgot to mention that i am running jade 3 image and the fta channels are fine, it looks like it pixaltes and freezing when it connects to the internet for ma card details, as if the box is not updating fast enough

Did you find an fix for this problem as i am also expierencing it.

Is it a personal setup issue or a server set up issue?

what cccam you using ,have you tried earlier versions.
Is server running purely as server or client as well?

I am only running a the client and have just got the box so am trying to iron some wrinkles out. I am using cccam 2.1.4 and the snr 89%, agc 91-95% and ber 0%.

I have a high download and upload speeds plus a low ping according to speedtest

If your running it from a payserver then it will be over subscribed.

Its not a payserver but how can you test the connection to see if it is decent or not?

CCcam control centre is a pretty nifty app to have... there are also a few alternatives, but require you to run a php server.

I have found out i am only connected to 1 person out of 3

i have hop 1 - 0, hop 2 - 2, hop 3 - 65 , hop 4 - 391.

Is this possibly why it is freezing because most of them are hop 4?

Yes. you only want to have hop1 and hop2 at a push really.

Is there much more i can do apart from have my connection up 24/7?

I have 19mb dl, 1.2mb up and a low ping.

i think all of mine are set at 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 }

and do i have to enter my dyndns address into the dreambox or the external ip or is it just used to supply other people and do i have to open any ports for this?
