VU+ Duo picture size ?

hello all ive just bought a second hand vu duo and cant find out how to change the picture size as the existing one is to long for my tv ive looked through the manual and checked threads on the site but am no further fore ward, will I have to start again with a reset or is there a easier way.

You go to menu/setup/settings then AV settings and change 16:9 etc to what ever is best I use "just scale" setting.
