Can you help
Samsung galaxy gt 1900. When I get an in coming call I press the green button it will not connect ???? Any advise please

hi Shaun yes have used the phone but have had a few calls but green button will not connect ? don't know if ive pressed something ?

does the button works by it self - i mean like in the phone menu?

try turn off - on if doesnt help try factory reset just backup ur phone before u reset it

I dont know if it helps but my kid played around with the wifes android phone and altered the divert settings "all calls to answer machine."

It rang but the answer machine answered all calls even when dragging the green button into the ring.

You could check your divert settings
