I read in the newspaper today that Pete Docherty set about a photographer in Italy, he then dished out the same treatment to an English photographer at the airport on his return to the UK.

There are several photo of him spitting and laying in to each of these guys, surely there must be grounds for the police to charge him with assault or breach of the peace?

Imagine that dirty junkie scum catching you with a mouthful of spit? He could have umpteen diseases - HIV, hepatitus whatever

I dont understand why he is not in prison already, its a joke.

From the pictures in the papers he looks as if he got as good as he gave..................... about time.
