Lasagna... humm.... I'll love it.. eat and make..
This I post here,, and I ask to an apology for been far for a while, is a classic lasagna but with the Pesto sauce.. easy to make, I'm sure anyone will love this dish..

Serve 4

Ingredients
250 gr of sheets of lasagna
500 ml of béchamel sauce
200 gr. pesto
250 gr of Provola cheese ( or if you cannot find it, use Gruyere cheese )
60 gr of Parmesan cheese
salt

Method:
Start preparing the béchamel sauce.
Boil the pasta for lasagna in boiling salted water for a few minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, remove from water and leave on a surface covered with a cotton cloth to dry.
Cover a baking pan with a thin layer of white sauce, then place the first layer of lasagna sheets .
Cover with diced Provola cheese or Gruyere and finally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Cover the whole thing with the second layer of lasagne and add bechamel sauce, as before, pesto and parmesan and Provola cheese
Finish assembling the lasagna with pesto with a layer of béchamel to which you will add the pesto to form a cream.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and bake it
Cook for about 30 minutes at 190° or until the surface layer of béchamel sauce will be grated.and.. crispy.
Now remove lasagna from the oven, allow to cool, cut into slices and serve.
