i recieved this email, but have never signed up for paypal, and look at the info there after!!!!!!!!

sounds like a mega con, paypal already know your card details that are needed for transactions so wouldnt ask you to verify them in a mail, your PIN number is ONLY of any use when using a cash machine so someone is trying to get card details and your PIN to make a copy of a card and use it in a cashpoint, you should inform paypal, even if you have no account with them
