The Pad Thai is one of the most popular Thai dishes.Try it.. and let'me know..

Serve 4

Ingredients:
300 grams of rice noodles
200 gr shallot shrimp
2 teaspoons garlic
100 grams of freeze-dried tofu
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1\2 teaspoon of curry paste
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon tamarind
100 g bean sprouts
2 eggs
2 tbsp peanuts
50 gr of Chinese Leek chive
red chili
Method

Put noodles in warm water for 15 minutes
In a wok heat the oil and fry the chopped shallot and garlic powder.
Add shrimps diced tofu and blow a few minutes in the wok.
Drain the Noodle and sauté in the wok with a cup of the water in which you made them soften.
Add now the pasta curry, tamarind, sugar, and fish sauce.
Make room in the wok with all nooddle in one hand and break eggs one at a time mixing .
Stir and add the chopped Leek julienne, chives and bean sprout
Turn off the heat and add the chopped peanuts, lime juice and red chili.
Serve the pad thai dishes with a slice of lime in it with soy sauce.
