Outlook Express

while on the internet and i go to outlook express to see if theres any e-mails modem disconnects.Thanks for any help pete45

try reinstalling it m8 in control panel/add-remove programs\windows setup. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

go to tools/options connection and make sure the "hang up aftersending and receiving" box is not checked

when you connect to check for e-mail the box that pops up has a little tick box on make sure it's not ticked if it's ticked it will disconnect you after checking
