Hi, the problem you have, is you have taken the update which is now contains files that wont work for 3.55, no one should update (circle button) anymore as when we were doing all this 3.55 was the latest so it didnt matter.
Your update has created a new update folder on your ps3, you will need to use something like comgenies awesome file manager, go into your hdd0 and look in GAME, not games, and scroll down till you see your BCES00569 folder, this will be the update folder, delete this along with your game install (GAMES) and do the install again, dont forget to copy over my eboot and param, this time, do not take the update again, that should cure it, let me know mate
