For sale is my openbox S9 that i have installed a 160gb internal Hdd.

I have put a switch on the back that disables the internal hdd so the usb port is still useable for firmware updates ect....

It has the latest firmware installed and is ready to use.

I'm looking for £160 delivered.

Thanks

the box is only a 1-er brand new. A very expensive hard drive me thinks!

You may not have known but these don't come with the option of an internal hdd I have done alot of mods to allow an internal hdd to be used. See my tut if your interested.

How do these compare to a Dm800 and do they do the same thing?

It's a plug and play box. It is more stable than my dm600 and my dm800

It does cccam, you can input using remote or u can just copy your cccam.cfg to usb and copy it over.

Recording is a lot easier it has an actual record button unlike dreamboxes.

It doesn't over heat like the dm800.

HD is a lot better on these compared to the dm800

It's a great box if you don't want to mess around

Have a look in the openbox forum for more info.

So keep this and sell your dm600 and dm800 :)

Can it be used wirelessly (using something like FileZilla) to send files to it?

Can it drive a Diseqc motor?

I want rid of my Dm800 cos of the glitching!!

it can drive a Diseqc motor ok.

There are currently no ftp access but it might be added in a later firmware.

All file transfers are currently done using usb.
