Open this EPUB file

I have an MS Press EPUB file of study materials for my next Microsoft Exam. Calibre doesn't like it and I believe its because the file is protected by DRM. Could anyone assist me in converting the file to MOBI please.

Zip the file and load it on here, but if it has drm still you wont open it.
