Opel Vauxhall CD 70 Navi

Hello Fellas
A mate of mine has just bought a 58 plate Vectra crash damaged and is in the process of fettling it
It has a factory fitted CD 70 Navi sat nav system which has defaulted back to german language . He purchased a Language cd off Flea bay for £35
version 2005 / 1.0
But the system won't recognize the data and vauxhall want £120 for a new language cd I've looked everywhere for another version but no joy
I believe it's a navteq system and that BMW and the like use compatible software so if anyone can help or give me some advice it'd be much appreciated

Problem sorted by the local dealer
It was an ex Enterpise rental car and hadn't undergone it's pre delivery Inspection so had never had the relevant English Language installed
after being shipped to the UK
Waste of 35 quid for a disk that wasn't needed
New disk from dealer £4:95 (Just the language disk)
So he's happy it works just a bit miffed at being ripped off on Flea bay
for an out of date disk that didn't work
