on digital on pc

hi i need some help,
is it possible to watch on digital on your pc?

ive looked around at boochip.com but havent seen anything for on digital

please can some one help

Other than using an OD box and video/tv card no, i dont think there is a seca pci type card, maybe someone knows better???
