I have a very big oil tank the beehive shape.i have the oil tank enclosed with wood and room for two bins.
Was thinking if i got a slimline would it be easy to remove old tank and replace with slim one.
Was going to convert wooden surroun into a shed.

Should be easy enough if tank empty I would think. Just be aware that there may be new / more regulations since that old tank was put in position.
I got a tank put in about 4/ yrs ago I think? and had to have a large stand made from paving slabs for the tank to sit on even though underneath the slabs was already concrete and it had to positioned so far from neighbours wall/fence etc

mines a 1200 litre bonded slimline tall tank

Quick overview of the basic regs here in Ireland

• 1.8m away from a non fire rated building or structure (eg
garden sheds) which have openings such as doors or
windows
• 1.8m away from appliance flue terminals
• 760 mm away from a non fire rated boundary such as a
wooden boundary fence.

If it’s impossible to comply with these requirements, then a
fire rated barrier of at least 30 minutes should be provided,
extending 300mm higher and wider than both ends of the
tank.

I done away with my big tank and now use a 200l blue drum similar to this: 200l Drum Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine - Buy 200l Drum Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine,Extrusion-blowing,Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine Product on Alibaba.com

Have it on its side got a plumber to make a connection that screws into it and cut a hole on top for filling.
Can take a few pics if needed.

If you wouldnt mind blue.thanks m8.
