That's the disassembled code for rom10.

Wot do you mean by keys rolled? Mine Fun down in exC&W harrow.

It means that your provider have changed decryption keys. This happens more often than you notice but this time they have introduced a new keyroll method that your card doesn't know about so it can't update correctly.
