Nvidia shield sound problem

I use my shield for my iptv behind a vpn but even when changing channels the audio goes out of sync, I use the bouncy ball in audio settings to alter about a dozen times a day and sometimes this doesn’t even fix it. Does anyone know of any fixes please

Sounds like your provider to me.

If you have anything else android you can install it on that would test the provider theory.

Are you using the same ipt* player on both devices? And if yes have you tried a different one on the Nvidia. For example Tivimate.

Yes I do use the same iptv software on both boxes, it’s a subscribed iptv from a friend in europe
