I was wondering whether anyone has ever experienced any of these phenomena, they started years ago mainly in Russian sort of areas broadcast on low frequencies generally on USB.

these were stations where a woman (Usually) reeled off what seems like random numbers
A possible diversion or proppaganda....
I have tried a few freqs. from books etc. but never heard one, not too interesting I bet but I'm a little curious to why they exist
