I fully understand how a tw ubr breaks down...but what about the ntl ones, can someone explain for me and maybe post some examples as i only have the one and thats my mates in sunderland but the ubr gives no clue to this
mid-cache-6.server.ntli.net <<<my mates
xx-xxx-xxx-222.cable.ubr08.newm.blueyonder.co.uk <<<mine
from mine i can derive, the ip address followed by the network type which is cable, then my ubr which is 08 and then the area name then my isp. What does the ntl break down into and why is it so different??.
