VU+ Duo not picking up channels

I i done a service scan and am only picking up 165 channels not sure whats up was fine before I flashed it

it worked think sumthing is up inside tho cos I moved the box to check cables while it was scanning and it tapped the side of unit and it started picking up more channels so thinki9ng sumthing is lose

Check the sat cable going into the f plugs is secure if they are sounds like the tuner is loose

Yes every thing is tight and snug how do I fix it is it a soilder job
