No audio on bbc_hd

My m8 bought a twinhan cab he got everything working ok but got no
picture or sound on bbc_hd so he put it down to his graphics card i have no idea if this why it did not work anyway he bought a ati radeon HD3850 512mb now he gets a cracking picture on bbc_hd but still gets no audio on this channel all the others are ok
he is only using the on board sound on his mb
will he have to buy a sound card and if so which type will he need or is there a setting he can change in dvbviewer

I guess there is no codec for AC3 (DolbyDigital) installed. Check the codec menu inside DVBviewer.
