does it not tell you payment via paypal is suspended thou when you do try to pay via them, sure thats the case

hmmm, maybe it's just not allowed for new signups then. Would be a shame if that's the case as it was one of the reasons I went for them in the first place

I haven't signed up for a 2checkout. But its 2checkout that shows up on my PayPal bill.

I have been with them for a few years now though.
