new tattoo

so basically got a new tattoo and was wondering whats the best cream for it ? I have used bepanthen before and its done the job but hate paying 5 quid for the big tube! ( tight arse anno lol ) was wondering is there any difference with using that and using say like tescos own ?

i was allways told pile cream as its got an antibiotic in it which stops it scabbing sounds daft but have seen this work, but never used it myself.

That's what I used on mine but that was 15/18 years ago approx ( preparation X )

Savalon is the way to go just a tiny amount as little as you can get away with.

savalon is ok but just dont get the antiseptic stuff it fooks your tattoo,it makes the ink fade quicker.

i still think bepantheon is best heals it quicker and stops it scabbing , if you keep it coverd with a fine cote of the stuff all the time, and wash it in-between applications of bepantheon.

you cant go wrong with bepantheon it will make it heal quicker as well , used it on all of mine ..

a heard savlon pulls the ink from the tattoo didnt bother getting it, might try the test stuff its got practically the same stuff in it as bepanthen, ma luck it will wreck the tattoo
