new rival for ebay is it a scam

Hello all found this site it is offering laptops, mobile phones, ipods for between £20 and £50 plus postage in its opening offers,
I know it seems to good to be true so it probably is but everthing about the site looks authentic.
It offers paying by paypal and you have to register to bid or buy now,does anyone have any info as to this site is it a scam????????

No it,s not my site I was looking on ebay for xbox 360 and in the sponsered links on right it has this site listed. my daughter is biting at the bit to go for xbox but i am really not sure she should. If it looks to good to be true it usually is that is what I have learnt the hard way.:FRIGHT:
