Ive set up my network for my house but my younger bro keeps hogging the net, aslways downloading crap contantly making my connection slow-ish, is there a way i can limit the speed he can browse on the net, aswell as monitor the crap he gets up to.

Depends on what router you have, I have a netgear D834GT, and you can block certain sites per a schedule, and leave your PC unrestricted.

ive got a belkin , cant see anything regarding blocking sites.
