Need help with cgi

I have uploaded ikonboard but i keep getting an error when i go to the installer.cgi

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

on another server i says "no index.html file found or permissions not set"
The permissions are set fine...

I figured it out the script was faulty i tryed the latest 3.0 BETA 5.4a and it worked a charm..
