Need a serial number from a bricked Wii!

Hey all,

I got my Wii at Christmas, but its an American one off ebay. I want to get the free wriststraps and now the remote jackets that Nintendo are offering but you have to register a serial number in order to get them and I'm guessing they won't be too happy with me reigstering a US serial to a UK address. Anyone got a bricked or dead Wii they can let me use the serial of? I realise its kind of a long shot but my remotes have the original thin straps and I live in constant fear of them snapping and going through the front of my beautiful new LCD TV!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi. I brought a wii off my mate that he bricked so that I could have his drive out of it. My drive had lifted pads and my soldering skills weren't up to dremelling standards, etc.

Anway, definitely Uk Wii. If you PM me I will send you the serial of the bricked one. I would post the serial but you might find some bright spark beating you too it!?
